In a world where a quick glance at our phones has become as second-nature as breathing, it's easy to forget the days when human interaction wasn't mediated by screens. As wonderful as our digital tools are, the ever-present nature of technology in our lives brings with it an array of challenges. This stresses the significance of a digital detox in our hyper-connected era.


Why the Need for a Detox?

We've all felt it—the brain fog after hours of scrolling, the restless nights when we've binged one too many episodes, or the odd sensation of feeling 'lonely' amidst a barrage of online interactions. The digital world, even with all of its emojis, can't replicate the warmth of a genuine smile or the comfort of a hug.
