About the Role: Expectations

  • 2+ years of marketing experience in a coordinating or project management role

  • Proficiency with and knowledge of a wide range of marketing with a focus on digital marketing tools as well as experience with different corporate programs.

  • Multitask and project management skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Skilled with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign).

  • Hybrid-format.

  • Office location: tbd, LA.


  • Execute marketing campaigns and activities across a variety of platforms, including print, email, and online.

  • Support client's project goals by identifying audience segments and appropriate target audience and marketing strategies.

  • Write, edit, coordinate, and coordinate tasks for all campaigns.

  • Work cross-functionally with creative team, clients, and partners on campaign strategy; reporting regularly on project status.

  • Work on multiple platforms to create branded assets for projects.

  • Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.

  • Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts, and other visual aids for clients and management team.
